Gentlemansgame won the beginners' chase by eight lengths from I Am Maximus. The winner jumped well under Darragh O'Keeffe for trainer Mouse Morris.

Maxxum heads up 101-1 treble. Willie Mullins had looked set to leave empty-handed following his six wins on Tuesday. 4-7 shot Ile Atlantique won the closing bumper under Patrick Mullin's training.
