Fans enjoy Beautiful Day 2 at Galway races as syndicate of seven lads score 'magic' win in feature race

Magic Chegaga won the Colm Quinn BMW Mile Handicap at the Galway Races yesterday. The syndicate of seven racing fanatics from Trim in Co Meath were ecstatic with their surprise win. Galways minor football team won Tom Markham Cup for the crowd. Ladies Day judge Kieran O'Malley is impressed with this year's fashion. He said the atmosphere at Galaway is great. New Jersey native Eric Einbinder came to the races from the US. His outfit was salmon-coloured suit and shades. It was his first time at a racecourse. There are two more days of races at this race.

Eric and his friends are in Galway for the day. They went out last night and enjoyed the atmosphere. Eric and the others are staying for one day and then going back to Dublin. If they win a fortune, they might stay longer.
