Marine Nationale won the Royal Bond at the Cheltenham Festival. It was Barry Connell's first Grade 1 win as a trainer. The winning jockey was Michael O'Sullivan, a 22-year-old 5lb claimer. The Tullow Tank won a Grade One race at Chelteham in 2005. Connell will skip Leopardstown at Christmas and go to the Dublin Racing Festival and the Supreme. He is thrilled to have Marine Nationali.
