Monday's NBA trend bet

Parlay: Anthony Davis Under 25.5 points, Under 14.5 rebounds (+190 via DraftKings, BetMGM, PointsBet)

If you've been watching the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA playoffs, you know that A.D. doesn't stand for Anthony Davis, it stands for alternate days.

The Lakers big has been consistently inconsistent. He'll follow up a monster performance with a disappearing act and vice versa. And he's coming off a 25-point, 13-rebound double-double in a Game 3 win over the Golden State Warriors.

Thankfully for us, sportsbooks are still listing Davis' totals fairly high. The Over/Under on his points prop is set at 25.5 at DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, and PointsBet. His rebounding total is at 14.5 at those four books. FanDuel has those props set at 24.5 and 13.5, respectively.

Since we're playing the Under, we recommend combining both props in a same-game parlay and making the bet at DraftKings, BetMGM or PointsBet, which is offering +190 odds compared to +159 at Caesars.

How hot of a bet is this trend? The Under on Davis' points prop is the second most popular prop bet for Game 3 at BetMGM, according to Frank Schwab of Yahoo Sports.

For those who prefer betting Overs, our NBA Best Bets for Monday includes the Over on Stephen Curry's points, rebounds, and assists prop.

Monday's NHL trend bet

Leon Draisaitl anytime goalscorer (-125 via FanDuel)

There's no hotter NHL player on the planet than Leon Draisaitl. The Edmonton Oilers sniper is the co-favorite to win the Conn Smythe Trophy, with Florida's Matthew Tkachuk.

Primarily a facilitator during the regular season, Draisaitl has been hunting his shot in the playoffs. He's scored in seven of eight playoff games and leads all players with 13 postseason goals.

Draisaitl has scored in five consecutive games, which includes a four-goal outburst in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals against the Vegas Golden Knights and a two-goal performance in Game 2.

There have been 16 total goals scored so far in this series and no reason to believe the deluge will stop when the series shifts to Edmonton for Game 3.

Draisaitl's odds to score a goal are set at -155 at DraftKings and PointsBet, but can still be found at -125 at FanDuel.

Monday's MLB trend bet

Lourdes Gurriel Jr. to hit a home run (+850 via FanDuel)

You can't stop the Gurriel brothers, you can only hope to contain them.

Miami Marlins first baseman Yuli Gurriel went deep to kick off the scoring in a 5-4 win over the Chicago Cubs on Sunday, but his little brother, Lourdes, has been swinging an even hotter bat.

The Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder went deep twice in Sunday's 9-8 loss to the Washington Nationals.

That's not all. Lourdes has hit a home run in three consecutive games. Gurriel hit a solo job Wednesday against the Texas Rangers, a game-tying homer in an eventual 8-7 victory over the Nats on Saturday, and Sunday's two-blast output.

On Monday, the D-Backs open a series against the Miami Marlins and Gurriel should be in the lineup against Marlins starting pitcher Braxton Garrett. The lefty owns a 5.81 ERA and coughed up four home runs and 11 earned runs in a 14-6 loss to the Atlanta Braves in his last start.

While DraftKings is offering this prop at +600, FanDuel has better value at +850.
