2023 Shriners Children's Open odds, predictions: Best early bets to make for the Shriners Children's Open

The PGA Tour makes the trip from Jackson, Mississippi to Las Vegas, Nevada for the 2023 Shriners Children's Open. Heading to the desert for the 40th straight season, the PGA Tour will welcome the strongest field of the FedEx Cup Fall to TPC Summerlin. The par-71 will see five competitors from the 2023 Tour Championship tee it up on its grounds with the likes of Tom Kim, Si Woo Kim, Adam Schenk, Emiliano Grillo and Nick Taylor leading the way.

Ludvig Aberg and Nicolai Hojgaard will also be playing after the Swede came agonizingly close to his first PGA Tour victory at the Sanderson Farms Championship. Last week's winner, Luke List, will look to make it two in a row while 54-hole leader Ben Griffin hopes to make amends after squandering a three-stroke final round lead.

All of these players set the stage for LPGA star Lexi Thompson, who is set to become just the seventh woman to make an appearance on the PGA Tour. The 11-time winner has found her footing after enduring a poor season thanks to her performance at the Solheim Cup. Garnering a 3-1-0 for the U.S., Thompson has gone onto to connect on back-to-back top-10 finishes and seeks to become the first woman in the modern golf era to make the cut on the PGA Tour.
