The conference finals of the Stanley Cup Playoffs are set and we are down to a warm-weather final four with Vegas taking on Dallas in the West and Carolina battling Florida in the East.

2023 NHL Championship odds: Betting odds to win Stanley Cup favor Hurricanes
Here are the betting odds for each of the four remaining teams in the NHL postseason to lift Lord Stanley's cup:

Carolina Hurricanes Stanley Cup odds (+230 or better)
The Carolina Hurricanes handled New Jersey in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs to reach the Eastern Conference finals.
Now the Stanley Cup favorites will take on the Florida Panthers — an Eastern Conference wild card that took down previous favorite, the Boston Bruins — in the conference finals.
Carolina finished the season with 113 points, which means that if both No. 1 seeds (Vegas being the other) reach the final, the Hurricanes have home ice.
Las Vegas Golden Knights Stanley Cup Odds (+250 or better)
The Golden Knights, the top seed from the Pacific Division, will puck drop against Dallas on Friday night to kick off the Western Conference finals of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
Jack Eichel, the No. 2 pick of the 2015 NHL Draft, was masterful in the second-round win over the Edmonton Oilers. He has 14 points (six goals, eight assists) in 11 playoff games this postseason.
If Las Vegas wins the NHL championship, Eichel very well could be the Conn Smythe Trophy winner.
Dallas Stars Stanley Cup odds (+300 or better)
Dallas toppled Seattle in Game 7 of the second round series on Monday to advance to the Western Conference finals against Las Vegas.
Despite being a slight underdog in the conference finals, Dallas has bettered Las Vegas in the regular season, going 2-1 vs. the Golden Knights.
Dallas' coach, Peter DeBoer, has extensive knowledge of the Golden Knights, having coached them until the 2021-22 season.
Meanwhile, the top line for Dallas — Roope Hintz, Jason Robertson and Joe Pavelski — is among the league's best.
Florida Panthers Stanley Cup odds (+330 or better)
Florida, the second wild card entry, is playing the top seed from the Metropolitan Division in Carolina.
The teams begin the Eastern Conference Final on Thursday night and frankly, you have to start wondering whether Florida is a team of destiny.
The Panthers' season was on life support with very little time remaining and after stunning the best regular-season of all time in the Boston Bruins, they ended the Maple Leafs' hopes at a run relatively easily.
Brothers Eric Staal and Marc Staal (Florida Panthers) will face Jordan Staal, their other brother and Carolina Hurricanes captain, in the Eastern Conference final of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
