The NBA Summer League is winding down as the league got its first look at most of the incoming rookie class and several other players on the court in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The action was headlined by the debut of Victor Wembanyama as the No. 1 pick hit the hardwood for two games with the San Antonio Spurs. He averaged 18 points, 10 rebounds, four blocks and 1.5 assists on 40.7% shooting from the field.

Unfortunately, several of the top picks suffered injuries that cut their stints in the desert short: Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson, Houston Rockets forward Ausar Thompson and Utah Jazz forwards Taylor Hendricks and Brice Sensabaugh were among those sidelined.

Further down the draft board, several other players made a name for themselves with some strong performances, including Jazz guard Keyonte George, Rockets forward Cam Whitmore and Denver Nuggets forward Hunter Tyson.

With the action wrapping up on Monday, some sportsbooks have made some changes to their early odds for the 2024 NBA Rookie of the Year award. Certainly, the odds will continue to fluctuate but they offer a glimpse at where the class stands after summer league.

Here are the odds for Rookie of the Year, according to DraftKings.
