2024 Shrine Bowl line, odds: Football expert releases picks for East vs. West on Feb. 1, 2024

The 2024 East-West Shrine Bowl is set for Thursday at 8 p.m. ET as some of the the nation's top senior football players, along with selected juniors, take the field in this event that is an important showcase for NFL scouts in the lead up to the NFL Draft. The game will take place at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
