2024 Shriners Children's 500 odds, picks: NASCAR at Phoenix best bets from proven racing experts

William Byron looks to make it two wins in the first four events of a NASCAR Cup Series season for the second consecutive year when he competes in the 2024 Shriners Children's 500 at Phoenix Raceway on Sunday.
