Aintree Grand National weights: Tiger Roll heads the list as handicapper has his say
Tiger Roll has been given a handicap mark of 170 for the Grand National on April 4. The 10-year-old won the race last year with a rating of 150. He shares top weight of 11st 10lb with stablemate Delta Work. Tiger Roll is one of 18 entries for this year's race from Gordon Elliott's stable. Bookmakers Betway make him the 13/2 favourite for that day's marathon. Ten horses have been assigned 11-plus in the handicaps. The weights were unveiled in a special ceremony in Liverpool on Tuesday. They include Bristol de Mai, Native River, and J P McManus’ Anibale Fly.
