Ancient Wisdom slashed for Derby after gutsy win

Ancient Wisdom put himself firmly into the Derby picture after showing spirit and stamina to win the Futurity Trophy at Doncaster yesterday.

Ancient Wisdom, inset, was cut to 6-1 for next year’s Derby at Epsom, with the betting headed by the exciting two-year-old, City Of Troy.
