Newmarket is gearing up to stage the first Classic of the Flat turf season in Great Britain.

The 2000 Guineas is one of the most prestigious races on the calendar and the one-mile contest is our first chance to see how the leading three-year-olds stack up against one another.

The 2023 race looks set to be a Ballydoyle battle between Auguste Rodin and Little Big Bear, with connections of the winning horse taking home £283,550 of the £500,000 prize pot.
