AP McCoy Tip At Aintree For The 2023 Grand National

Longhouse Poet to WIN @ 22/1

Sir AP McCoy’s biggest Grand National fancy is the Irish-trained Longhouse Poet for the Brassil yard. Longhouse Poet came fourth here last year in the National, and has some incredibly strong form behind him coming to Aintree this time around.

Here is what McCoy had to say on Longhouse Poet’s chances:

“I like Longhouse Poet. He tanked through this last year and was a little too keen for his own liking. I like the fact he won last time.

“People don’t think about how much confidence horses get from winning a race. I think last year’s race is a big thing for me.”

McCoy seriously likes the chances of the 9-year-old who will be running off a mark of 11st.

Decent chance at tempting 22/1 Grand National odds.
