Argentina thrash Australia to go top of Rugby Championship log
Argentina beat Australia 48-17 in Rugby Championship. Juan Imhoff, Jeronimo De La Fuente, Juan Martin Gonzalez, Emiliano Boffelli, Tomas Albornoz and Thomas Gallo scored tries for Argentina. Agustin Creevy came off the bench to equal Nicolas Sanchez's record of 94 Pumas caps. Argentina went top of the table after their first win in the competition since 2020. Australia lost to Argentina last week. Last week, the Wallabies enjoyed great success with their rolling maul and gave up several kickable penalties. They did it again on Saturday and it paid off as Argentina were unable to defend their line.
