Armando R, Swayin To And Fro, Little Vic and American d'Oro won stakes at Laurel Park on Saturday. Ournationonparade came second, Cordmaker third and Ridin With Biden and Treasure Trove scratched. The race was the 22nd running of the 1 1/8-mile Richard Small for 3-year-olds and up. It was one of three stakes on the post-Thanksgiving program. The others were Safely Kept for fillies, won by Swaysin to and Fro and City of Laurel for three-years-old.

Swayin To And Fro won the Safely Kept Stakes in 1:24.00. It was her second career stakes victory. She was ridden by Grant Whitacre for trainer Mario Serey Jr. Liscolvin finished second, Bazinga C third, Moody Woman fourth and Buy the Best, November Rein, Divine Huntress, Click to Confirm, Half Is Enough, Vibrant Judy and Still My Babe completed the order of finish. Sweet Gracie, Last Leaf and Noble Bid were scratched. Sway in To and Fro is the daughter of longtime Maryland sire Horatius.

Little Vic won the City of Laurel Stakes by 1 ½ lengths. He is the son of multiple graded-stakes winning millionaire Practical Joke. Little Vic has won his last two starts. Radical Right came second. Coastal Mission and Twisted Ride were scratched. The winner is a 15-1 long shot. It is his second straight win after beating older horses in an open six-furlong allowance at Delaware Park.
