Arsenal: Are Mikel Arteta's side Premier League title contenders?

Arsenal beat Liverpool 3-2 at the Emirates. Mikel Arteta's side are one point ahead of Manchester City at top of the Premier League table. Paul Merson believes Arsenal need to stay on the coat tails of champions Manchester United and Manchester city to mount a title challenge.  

"They've come back from the loss to Manchester United and they have bounced back with back-to-back wins. Every one of the players is playing with a lot of confidence. They have played three big teams, lost to United but have gone and beaten Tottenham and Liverpool. I could not speak highly enough of this team, and it's a young team as well."

Gary Neville predicts Manchester City will win the Premier League title. Neville praises Arsenal's win over Liverpool. He believes Arsenal are going places. He thinks they have a long way to go. The tough part of the season is still to come.
