Arsenal facing fight to keep hold of Edu with European giants looking to snatch technical director away from Emirates

Arsenal are interested in signing technical director Edu. The 44-year-old Brazilian joined the club in 2019. He has been praised for his work at the Emirates. Several European clubs are rumoured to be interested. Edu is considered to have a key role in the Arsenal project. He was a member of Arsene Wenger's Invincibles team.

Arsenal signed five new players this summer. Edu wants to keep hold of the technical director. Arsenal won the FA Cup last season. They are four points clear at the top of Premier League. They have opened up a four-point lead over Manchester City. The Gunners signed Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Fabio Vieira, Matt Turner and Marquinhos.
