Bengals vs Ravens Prediction, Odds, Spread & Picks

AFC North bragging rights are on the line when the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals open the NFL Week 11 schedule with a Thursday Night Football showdown at M&T Bank Stadium.

A win is something both teams could use at the moment. The Bengals’ four-game winning streak came to an end last week with a 30-27 loss to the Houston Texans while the Ravens’ winning ways were also snapped at four games, falling 33-31 to the rival Cleveland Browns.

Baltimore heads into Thursday night as Bovada’s +100 favorite to win the AFC North while Cincinnati sits third at a distant +400 odds.

Time will tell how the divisional odds look after Thursday night, but let’s not waste more time. Keep scrolling to check out my Bengals vs Ravens prediction and best bets, as well as everything you need to know for Week 11 TNF.

Bengals vs Ravens Prediction & Best Bet: NFL Week 11

These AFC North rivals back on Sept. 17. The Ravens walked out of Paycor Stadium with the 27-24 victory, highlighted by the fact that they didn’t even trail the Bengals for one second in the game.

The victory was a long time coming for a Baltimore team that lost four of five meetings against Cincinnati before that encounter. If they’re successful again on Thursday, it’ll be the first time that the Ravens swept the Bengals since the 2020 NFL season.

If John Harbaugh’s team wants to win again, they need a complete effort after last week’s debacle. The Ravens had three different leads of at least 14 points against the Browns, but couldn’t stop the bleeding as they wound up surrendering 33 points and 373 total yards.

Having said that, I do have faith that the Ravens can bounce back on defense. After all, this is a unit that allows the fewest points and second-fewest yards per game while pacing the NFL with 39 sacks — six more than the next team.

The Bengals have been playing well lately, too, but there are some concerns stemming from last week’s loss. For starters, while they put up 27 points, scoring only seven points in the first half played a key role in the three-point loss. QB Joe Burrows’ two interceptions on the day didn’t help, either.

On top of that, Cincinnati only scored once on three red-zone trips.

Defensively, the Bengals allowed the Texans to average a whopping 7.4 yards per play. The inability to slow down the opposition led to Cincinnati allowing a touchdown in each of the final three quarters. With how dangerous Baltimore’s attack can be, a similar effort won’t fly on Thursday.

In what should be a competitive encounter, let’s roll with the Ravens. They’re red-hot at M&T Bank Stadium, going 3-1 with a plus-18.0 average scoring margin in their last four home games. That’s without mentioning how the Bengals ate defeat in four of their last five trips to Baltimore.

The Ravens also have a good shot at covering the 3.5-point spread. Not only are they 4-2 ATS in their last six TNF matchups, but they’ve also covered the spread in six of their last nine encounters with the Bengals.

Bengals vs Ravens Prediction: BAL wins

Bet: BAL -3.5 (-110 on Bovada)

Bengals vs Ravens Best Player Prop: NFL Week 11

After searching Bovada’s Bengals vs. Ravens player props, I’m going with Mark Andrews to record over 56.5 receiving yards.

The Ravens’ star tight end won’t have an issue making good on this prop. He’s averaging 63.0 receiving yards in his last seven games, hitting the Over five times during that span. He now faces the Bengals, who surrender 66.9 yards per game to TEs — third-most in the NFL.

With Andrews owning three performances of 73-plus yards in his last four meetings with Cincinnati, how can you not love this prop too?

  • The Bengals and Ravens will collide on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023.
  • The Bengals and Ravens will play each other at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD.
  • Kickoff for the upcoming CIN vs. BAL matchup is slated for 8:15 p.m. ET.
