If the playoffs started today, the Ravens (7-2) and Browns (5-3) would qualify.

Baltimore, which brings a four-game win streak and league-best 115-point differential into the contest, has been particularly impressive. QB Lamar Jackson leads a new-look offense that’s still No. 1 with 160.3 rushing yards per game and the league’s top-ranked scoring defense (13.8 points allowed per outing).

It’s why Baltimore is a solid 6-point favorite Sunday with a game total hovering around 38 points.

Cleveland has won three of four since a 28-3 home loss to the Ravens in Week 4.

However, rookie QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson was the Browns’ starter in that game and struggled mightily with three interceptions and four sacks.

QB Deshaun Watson will start for the Browns, who are 4-1 this season when he’s behind center.

We already mentioned Baltimore’s league-best scoring defense, but Myles Garrett and the Browns are right behind, allowing the third-fewest points (17.4) and fewest total yards (234.8) per contest.

These defenses also rank 1-2 in fewest yards allowed per play.

Six of the last eight games between these AFC North rivals have gone under, and we like the chances of the trend advancing to seven of the last nine on Sunday afternoon in Charm City.

Jackson is averaging 217.1 aerial yards per game, but has finished with 202 yards or fewer in five of his nine starts.

That includes the Week 4 win in Cleveland in which he threw for 186 yards on a season-low 19 attempts and 15 completions.

The Cleveland defense has been the league’s toughest on opposing quarterbacks, allowing an average of 167 QB passing yards per contest.
