Best NBA prop bets today for Pelicans vs. Spurs (Bet this Victor Wembanyama prop)

The San Antonio Spurs have been a fun team to bet props on, especially since rookie Victor Wembanyama is putting up massive numbers on the glass and scoring the ball.

So, why not bet on him tonight?

The Spurs are taking on the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday, and New Orleans has struggled a bit as of late, winning just four of its last 10 games.

Still, this could be a favorable matchup for star Zion Williamson, who has scored the ball well as of late.

If you’re looking to bet on any game in the NBA tonight, FanDuel Sportsbook has an amazing promotional offer. New users who sign up with the link below and wager $5 will receive $200 in bonus bets -- if their bet wins.

Let’s break down the prop bets for this matchup:

Victor Wembanyama OVER 10.5 rebounds

Earlier this season, Wembanyama had 13 rebounds in a game against the Pelicans, and he’s been elite on the glass as of late.

The Spurs rookie has at least 11 rebounds in three of his last five games, posting double-digit boards in four of those meetings.

Even though New Orleans ranks 10th in the league in rebounding percentage, keeping the lengthy Wembanyama is not an easy task. With his minutes restriction lifted, I expect Wemby to have a big game tonight.

Tre Jones OVER 7.5 assists

Tre Jones has picked up at least eight assists in three straight games, and he’s averaging 8.8 assists per game in his last nine matchups.

Jones has done a great job leading the San Antonio offense, and he’s posted 14.8 potential assists per game over his last 10 contests.

This is a great matchup against a New Orleans team that ranks 18th in the league in opponent assists per game.

Zion Williamson OVER 21.5 points

A former No. 1 overall pick, Williamson has cleared 21.5 points in five of his last seven games. He’s averaging 22.0 points per game on the season.

The Spurs rank 21st in the NBA in opponent points allowed in the paint per game, which is where Williamson feasts for most of his buckets.

It’s also worth noting that when Zion plays 30 or more minutes in a game, he’s cleared 21.5 points in 16 of 19 games.

After sitting out in the Pelicans last game, I expect a full workload for him on Friday night.
