Best NHL Odds for Every Game Today (Odds, Puck Lines and Totals for Wednesday, March 22)

After a loaded slate of NHL games on Tuesday night, we come back down to earth today with only two games set to take place.

The good news is, the first game is a doozy. The Pittsburgh Penguins will hit the road to take on the Colorado Avalanche. The two teams have trended in opposite directions heading into tonight. The Penguins are on a four game losing streak, while the Avs are riding a six game winning streak.

As a result of their losing streak, the Pens are sitting one point outside of the final wild card spot in the Eastern Conference. They can reclaim that spot with a win tonight.

The second game of the night is a Western Conference matchup between the Arizona Coyotes and Edmonton Oilers.

The Coyotes are in the race for the No. 1 overall pick, while the Oilers are in the midst of a battle in the Pacfic Division. The Oilers are currently in third place, but they're only six points back from the division-leading Golden Knights.

Edmonton is understandably a heavy favorite at home.
