Diamondbacks vs. Phillies pick

The Philadelphia Phillies have the chance to take a 2-0 lead in the NLCS and they’ll have one of their best pitchers on the mound tonight with Aaron Nola starting.

BetMGM Sportsbook is favoring Philadelphia by 1.5 runs in this game, which is a reasonable spread. Still, I think Arizona can keep it closer than it did Monday night.

Phillies starter Aaron Nola is not an easy pitcher to face, though, and he’s been good in the playoffs with a 1.42 postseason ERA over 12.2 innings. The only concern for Philadelphia is that Nola gave up some more runs in the regular season since he finished with a 4.46 ERA.
