Big Ten college football picks, odds in Week 9: Ohio State gets test at Penn State, Michigan seeks revenge

This weekend's Big Ten games are between two ranked teams. No. 2 Ohio State travels to No 13 Penn State and No 4 Michigan hosts rival Michigan State. Both games enjoy showcase spots on national broadcast TV. It's the last chance for either team to make a national statement before the final week of the regular season. Michigan is on a two-game losing streak against the Spartans. Ohio state is playing a road game against Penn state. The team is currently No 2 in the CFP rankings.

Northwestern is playing against the nation's No. 6 ranked defense. Michigan is looking for revenge against Penn State, while Ohio is preparing for a game against Michigan State and Penn is trying to get back to .500.
