Big Ten football Week 4 betting odds, picks, schedule and TV/streaming info

The schedule is set for Week 4 of the 2023 Big Ten football season with a couple headliners coming Saturday as No. 6 Ohio State visits No. 9 Notre Dame and No. 24 Iowa takes on No. 7 Penn State and the Beaver Stadium Whiteout.
