Bills vs. Eagles line, odds and predictions: Our experts like Philadelphia to beat Buffalo

The Buffalo Bills take on the Philadelphia Eagles in what, coming into the season, looked like a potential Super Bowl matchup. The Eagles have the best record in the NFL at 9-1 and are riding a four-game winning streak. Buffalo is coming off a dominating win against their AFC East division rival Jets but sit just one game over .500 and are in danger of missing the playoffs for the first time since 2018. Philadelphia is a small favorite.

Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field. The game will be televised on CBS.

Josh Allen’s play this season has been erratic at times. He’s thrown a league-leading 12 interceptions (tied with Sam Howell). But Allen also leads the league in touchdown passes with 22, is top five in passing yards with 2,875, and, despite an effort to run less to preserve his health, has 261 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns. Allen could put up big numbers through the air against Philadelphia’s pass-funnel defense. The Eages have only allowed three rushing touchdowns on the year, and opposing teams are averaging just 76.5 rushing yards. Conversely, the Eagles have allowed the third-most passing touchdowns (21) and fifth-most passing yards per game at 248.1.

Fresh off a monumental come-from-behind victory over the Chiefs, Jalen Hurts is playing at an elite level and is one of the favorites to win MVP this season. He once again leads the NFL in rushing touchdowns for quarterbacks with nine and is on track to set a career-high in passing touchdowns.
