Christian McCaffrey Under 72.5 rushing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐

The Eagles allowed the Buffalo Bills to compile 173 rushing yards against them last week. However, the running backs were barely responsible for half of that yardage, as Josh Allen led the team with 81 yards. The Eagles haven’t allowed a running back to rush for 60 yards this season.

McCaffrey leads the league in rushing yards, but he’s had his fair share of lackluster rushing performances this season. He’s rushed for over 100 yards four times, the same amount of games he’s rushed for fewer than 60 yards. With the clear advantage the 49ers have in the passing attack, McCaffrey won’t get enough carries to hit this over against a great run defense.

Even though McCaffrey may struggle to run on Sunday, the 49ers aren’t going to cut him from their game plan entirely. He’s caught at least five passes in four consecutive games and averaging 4.4 receptions per contest.

The Eagles have the fourth-worst pass defense in the league so Brock Purdy will throw plenty in this game. While he should succeed going down the field, McCaffrey will always be there as a safety net or on designed screens.
