This isn’t the greatest price for a team in Detroit’s form, a team that’s lost as many as the Red Wings have, but it’s still crazy to me that this team, despite those struggles are still in a playoff position. At a certain point, motivation has to be a factor and the Red Wings are the only team playing for something here. Columbus doesn’t even look interested in playing for pride at this point, and I think Detroit takes advantage with a win in this one.
