Braves clinch NL East title with win over Marlins
The Braves have won the National League East title for the fifth straight time. They beat the Marlins 2-1 on Tuesday night. The Braves won 10-9 in the season series against the Mets. Mets won their 100th game by beating the Nationals 8-0. The team with the most wins is the Braves, who have 22 division titles in MLB. For the first time in franchise history, the team has eight players with at least 15 home runs. It's the 11th time a 100-game winner has finished second in a division. Dodgers finished a game behind the Giants in NL West in 2021.
