Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer on Joe Ingles' return: 'He's getting close'

Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer gives an injury update on Joe Ingles. Ingle's knee injury is getting better. He tore his left ACL in a loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on January 30. He is expected to return at some point in January. The injury rules him out for the remainder of the 2021-22 season.

Joe Ingles signed a one-year, $6.5 million contract with the Bucks in July. Last season, in 45 games with Utah, he averaged 7.2 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 3. 5 assists per game. He shot 40.4% from the field and 34.7% beyond the arc.
