Can Lucy Charles-Barclay and Taylor Knibb return to the top of the PTO?
Bermudan, Australia's Ashleigh Gentle and Spain's Sara Perez Sala are competing in the PTO George this weekend. Top-ranked woman Kat Matthews will be well back after the swim. She will try to ride her way to the front of the race. The field will also include 2016 70.3 world champ Holly Lawrence and McCauley. The group will probably be close to front by T2. If the group can get close enough to get to a podium position, it could see some fireworks out on the run course. Canada's Tamara Jewett is a bit of a question mark. Her swim and bike performance at the Collins Cup last month was impressive.
