Cella: Oaklawn remains at forefront of racing
Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort started simulcast racing in the 1990s. Louis Cella was honored to address Hot Springs National Park Rotary Club's weekly meeting on Wednesday. He spoke about the importance of change. The club met at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hot springs.

This year's purse structure will be the highest per structure in the United States during the time of year Oakleawn runs. The record books will offer nearly $50 million. The allowance races start at $100,000 and the maiden special weights at$90,00.
