Cheltenham Festival: Ruby Walsh says don't write off the Brits

Ruby Walsh believes the British are going to win at Cheltenham Festival this year. Willie Mullins, Gordon Elliott and Henry De Bromhead are sending strong squads. Last year, Irish-trained horses won a record 23 races at the meeting. De Bremhead has defending champions in three of the biggest events. Walsh rode 59 winners at this meeting and believes there will be more Irish winners this time. He believes British horses are more than capable of holding their own. He thinks the strength in depth at meeting lies with the Irish. If the top British horse deliver, there could be a fair swing regarding winners between the two countries.
