Rating:

Cleveland has won three straight games but it could be an uphill climb on the road against a tough 76ers squad. If Mitchell and/or LeVert misses this game, the Cavaliers would be down at least one, if not two, of their top four scoring options. Philadelphia missed Oubre Jr. but with Embiid and the elevation of Maxey’s play this season, the 76ers are playing quality basketball nonetheless. The 76ers boast one of the most prolific offensive teams in the league at this point of the season and they have had success against Cleveland in recent meetings. It’s tough to see the Cavaliers finding a way to contain both Embiid and Maxey in this contest, especially in Philadelphia. Give the 76ers the upper hand here as they find a way to prevail.

Prediction: Philadelphia 76ers -3.5

Rating:

Cleveland had gone over the number in seven of their first 13 games this season. The Cavaliers are 10th in the league by committing only 13.9 turnovers per game on the season while they are 21st in tempo with an average of 98.5 possessions a night. Philadelphia has seen the over post a 7-5-1 mark in their 13 games this season. The 76ers have gone under the mark in five of their last 10 games, with one push. Philadelphia is in the middle of the pack when it comes to tempo this season, ranking 16th while averaging 99.3 possessions a night while they are 6th in turnovers with 13.2 per contest. Four of the last six meetings between the teams have gone over the total and this one follows suit with another solid offensive showing from Embiid.
