Georgia won the college football national championship with a 65-7 victory over TCU on Tuesday (AEDT). It was the biggest blowout of a team ranked in the top three of the Associated Press poll in college Football history. It is the largest margin of victory in any bowl game ever. Georgia is loaded with five-star recruits. Former walk-on quarterback Bennett became the first dual national champion signal-caller since 1936. TCU can return to the Big 12 as they were the only team from the conference to get to title game. Texas and Oklahoma are leaving the SEC and will join the Bulldogs in their new 12-team playoff.
