College Football Best Bets Week 5: Top prop bets include California's Jaydn Ott, Minnesota's Mohamed Ibrahim

DraftKings has posted college football player prop bets for Week 5. California's Jaydn Ott is one of the best bets. Minnesota's game against Purdue and Michigan's road test in Iowa City are also good bets, as are the games of Michigan and Minnesota.

Phil Jurkovec and Boston College are 1-3 and the Eagles are a two-touchdown underdog against Louisville. Louisville's pass defense is weak and has the 47th-worst coverage grade per PFF.

Michigan's No. 1 wide receiver Ronnie Bell is under-receiving-yards under 62.5 against Iowa. Bell will be targeted by Iowa's top-ranked cornerbacks Cooper DeJean and Riley Moss.

Minnesota RB Mohamed Ibrahim is the nation's second-leading rusher with 567 rushing yards on 89 carries. Ibrahim has over 22 carries per game. Minnesota's Purdue defense allowed 189 rushingyards to Florida Atlantic.

Jalen Berger needs to rush for 51 yards to bet on him to eclipse 51 rushing yards. He has failed to reach 30 rushingyards in back-to-back games. Michigan State is playing Maryland.

Jaydn Ott is coming off a big game in Cal's 49-31 win over Arizona. He rushed for 245 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries. The game is expected to be very entertaining with an over/under of 53.5 points.

Kansas State's Malik Knowles is the leading receiver for the Wildcats. Knowle is averaging 10.3 yards per reception. He has 14 receptions for 144 yards this season.
