College Football Picks: Michigan, Washington hit the road

No. 4 Michigan, No. 9 Oklahoma State and No 15 Washington are going on the road this weekend. The Wolverines go to Iowa, while Washington plays at UCLA. Iowa is 5-1 in its last six games at Kinnick Stadium against top-five teams.

No. 18 Oklahoma was upset by Kansas State last week. Now the Sooners face a TCU offense that is averaging 8.1 yards per play.

No. 22 Wake Forest plays No. 23 Florida State. The Seminoles are ranked for the first time in four years.

No. 7 Kentucky is ranked No. 6 for the first time since 1977. Ole Miss is 4-0 and has beaten three FBS teams. Kentucky has a record of 5-7.

No. 15 Washington plays at UCLA. The Bruins are 4-0, but they have only one victory against a Power Five team.

No. 4 Michigan plays at Iowa. It's the first road start for Iowa's J.J. McCarthy. Michigan won the Big Ten championship game last year.

Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Rutgers, Ohio State, Oklahoma State and Baylor are ranked teams playing against FBS opponents. Georgia has won nine of 10 games since joining the SEC. Oklahoma split two games with Baylor last season. North Carolina State at No. 5 Clemson, Clemson at no. 6 Southern California, Arizona State vs. Arizona, Northwestern vs., Penn State v. Wisconsin, Iowa State against Kansas, LSU vs Auburn and Georgia Tech vs Georgia. Georgia is favored by 28 points. Minnesota is a slight favorite against Purdue.
