College Football Playoff Rankings: How to watch Week 1 rankings and predictions.

The first release of the 2022 College Football Playoff Top 25 will be on Tuesday, November 1 at 6:00 PM Central on ESPN and streaming online and on the ESPN app. This is the first of six CFP ranking shows. The Top 5 are updated and announced weekly until the final Selection Day on Sunday December 4th.

Alabama is ranked in the initial cattle call every year to-to-date. The Tide are the 3rd best team to win the CFP. Clemson's chances took a hit after their two good wins. OSU, OSV, Michigan, Tennessee, Kansas State, Oregon, USC, perhaps even Ole Miss are also in contention for a spot. The other teams are TCU, Georgia, South Carolina, Arkansas, and Michigan. They have a good SOS and a very good schedule.

The second-tier teams have ascended to very good status. The B12 is getting better than in previous years. It's a good thing that the teams with a B-12 record are getting more successful.
