Ecuador World Cup 2022 squad list, fixtures and latest odds

Fifa's appeals committee dismissed a claim of ineligibility against one of Ecuador's players. Byron Castillo played in eight of the 18 World Cup qualifying games for Ecuador. Ecuador picked up 14 of their 26 points in the games in which he played. The Chilean federation could take their case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Ecuador are due to play the opening match of World cup against the hosts on November 20. World Cups are usually announced six weeks before the start. This year's tournament runs from November 21 - December 18.

Ecuador will play Qatar on November 20, Qatar vs Ecuador, Al Bayt Stadium, 4pm. Netherlands vs. Ecuador on Nov 25, Khalifa International Stadium 4 pm. Senegal vsuador onNov 29, at Khalifia International stadium 3 pm, and Senegal v Ecuador in November 29th. This will be Ecuador's fourth World Cup.
