Egan lands historic four-timer at Newbury. David Egan saddled four winners in a row, including the feature Mill Reef Stakes. Three of those winners came for Newmarket's Roger Varian. It was the first time racing returned to the track since Queen Elizabeth II's death. The first of the four wins came from debutant Exoplanet. Egin won the second race on Hughie Morrison's Stay Alert. He made it a hat-trick 40 minutes later in the Group 3 Dubai International Airport World Trophy Stake on Mitbaahy. Sakheer won a three-and-a-half-lengths victory in this race.
