Energumene cements his position at the top of the two mile chasing division
Energumene is reigning Champion Chaser. He won the E100,000 Bar One Racing Hilly Way Chase at Cork on Sunday. The Punchestown race was cancelled due to the weather. Willie Mullins-trained superstar won last year's race. Paddy Power cut his odds for a defence of his Cheltenham crown from evens to 4/5. Blood Destiny made his Irish debut and beat Sir Allen by five lengths. He is in at Christmas, the Dublin Racing Festival and the race he ran in last season at Ascot. Henry de Bromead/ Rachael Blackmore alliance put recent disappointments behind them to land a quick double via Arctic Bresil and Hiddenvalley Lake.
