Epsom Derby 2022: Reach For The Moon aiming for success on Platinum Jubilee weekend

Queen Elizabeth II is keen on horse racing and has been a regular visitor to Royal Ascot. She is planning to visit Epsom Downs Racecourse in 2022 as part of her Jubilee celebrations. Her three horses are expected to compete in the Epsoms Derby during the weekend of the Jubilee. Reach For The Moon is the favourite to win the race.

The Queen has two horses entered in this year's Epsom Derby. Reach For The Moon is the favourite to win. Educator and General Idea are also entered. General Ideas is yet to make his racecourse debut.

Reach For The Moon is aiming for success in the Epsom Derby 2022 on the Platinum Jubilee weekend. Aidan O'Brien's Luxembourg is unbeaten in three starts and will be hoping to preserve that record this summer. Charlie Appleby's Native Trail is another contender who is yet to taste defeat.

The Epsom Derby takes place on Saturday. Aidan O'Brien has won the race six of the last ten times. The Queen's colt is a contender for the prize. The last winner was Golden Horn. Only two of last five Derby winners had previously enjoyed success in Group company.
