Charlie Fellowes will train Marbaan for the Darley Dewhurst Stakes. The colt finished last in the National Stake at the Curragh. Fellowe believes the poor ground conditions were the reason for his performance. Marban won three of his first four starts. He is a Group Two winner. The Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere is unlikely to be run on soft ground. It is more likely to take place on the seven-furlong Group One Dewhurstakes at Newmarket. Mr Fellower believes that the best bet is the Dewurst. His horse has won a lot of races in Europe.
