Fenerbahçe, Arsenal too hot to handle with Europa League triumphs
Fenerbahçe and Arsenal won Europa League group stages. Fenerbahçi beat Dynamo Kyiv 2-0 in Krakow to qualify for the last 16. Rennes came second with 12 points, while AEK Larnaca finished third with 5 points.
Arsenal beat FC Zurich to win the Europa League. PSV Eindhoven beat Bodo/Glimt 2-1 to finish second in Group A. Bodoe/glimts were relegated to the UEFA Europa Conference League after the result.
Arsenal, Fenerbahçe, Real Betis, Union SG, Real Sociedad, Feyenoord, Freiburg and Ferencvaros won Europa League. PSV Eindhoven, Rennes, Roma, Berlin, Manchester United, Midtjylland, Nantes, Monaco, and Monaco were the group runners-up. Barcelona, Ajax, Bayer Leverkusen, Sporting, Salzburg, Shakhtar Donetsk, Sevilla and Juventus were relegated to the Europa league from the Champions League after Wednesday's matches. Bodo/Glimt, AEK Larnaca, Ludogorets, Braga, Sheriff, Lazio, Qarabag and Trabzonspor will continue in the third-tier UEFA Europa Conference League as they finished the campaign third. UEFA Champions and Europa Leagues will be decided on November 7th.
