The first round of the 2023 NBA playoffs continues Tuesday night with the Boston Celtics taking on the Atlanta Hawks in Game 2 of their first round series and Jalen Brunson, Julius Randle and the New York Knicks facing Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland and the Cleveland Cavaliers at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. The night's festivities ends with Kevin Durant the Phoenix Suns looking for revenge against Kawhi Leonard and the LA Clippers after dropping Game 1 on Sunday.

After the weekend's games, the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks moved from +275 betting favorites to the second-shortest odds to win the NBA championship at +330. The Boston Celtics assumed the top spot with +265 odds to win the championship, followed by the Phoenix Suns (+525) and the 76ers (+900) and Denver Nuggets (+900).
