2023 Stanley Cup Final Game 2: Golden Knights vs. Panthers, odds, best bets and NHL player props for Monday

Here are the FanDuel Stanley Cup Finals odds for Game 2 on Monday:

  • Vegas Golden Knights (-140) vs Florida Panthers (+116), 8 p.m. ET, TNT

Vegas broke a 2-2 tie with a few big goals in the third to take Game 1 by a 5-2 score.

The stars of the contest were Mark Stone, Jonathan Marchessault, and goaltender Adin Hill. Keep reading to see if any of them are among our NHL player prop picks for Game 2.

Panthers vs. Golden Knights pick: Florida Panthers ML (+120 or better)

The message from Florida bench boss Paul Maurice after the team's Game 1 loss was to relax.

While the Panthers have had a relative joyride since the first round, they did face elimination three times versus Boston, so expect them to hit the panic button after one game.

It's been a while since Sergei Bobrovsky played after a loss, but he responded with gusto the last time he did.

After dropping Game 4 to the Leafs on May 12, Bob bounced back with a stellar 50-save performance to send his team to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Florida has been perfect in Game 2s throughout the playoffs, going 3-0 and holding opponents just six total goals.

This series feels like it's going to be a grind, and we like the Big Cats to even things up before the series shifts back to the Sunshine State.

There are plenty of betting markets available aside from the moneyline, puck line, and total. Here's a look at the top Stanley Cup player prop bets to make for Saturday's game.

Stanley Cup Game 2 props: Mark Stone over 2.5 shots (+106 or better)

Stone’s playoffs have been relatively quiet and included some missed time due to injury, but he appears to be back and contributing at the perfect time.

We took this prop in Game 1 at +130 and Stone cashed in a big way, recording seven shots in the game and scoring a critical goal in the third period.

While the line is a bit lower, we’ll take that a sign that oddsmakers agree that he can do it again.

The 32-year old winger tallied three shots in each of the last two games of the Dallas series, and now has gone three straight games with three or more shots on goal.

At plus money, we’re sticking with the most aggressive offensive player on the ice from Game 1.

Golden Knights vs. Panthers props: Sergei Bobrovsky over 29.5 (-110 or better)

Sergei Bobrovsky's play has been well-celebrated these playoffs, and he'll need to keep it up for the Panthers to stand a chance against a high-octane Vegas team.

The Golden Knights have been firing away, averaging 33 shots per game over the last four. They registered 34 in Game 1 in a contest with plenty of back-and-forth action.

Bobrovsky is no stranger to large shot volume, having faced an insane 259 of them over his last six (43.16 per game).

The netminder turned away 29 on Saturday but gave up four goals in the process. With a similar volume tonight, we can see Bob getting to 30 stops.
