Frankel fillies beaten as Reine Minoru claims 1,000 Guineas
Reine Minoru won the Oka Sho by 1,000 Guineas. Soul Stirring finished second.
Frankel's filly Soul Stirring finished third in the Oka Sho, Japan's equivalent of the 1,000 Guineas, at Hanshin on Sunday. Reine Minoru won by half a length, with the favourite Lys Gracieux a further neck away. Frankel has sired several maiden winners in Europe from his first crop in recent weeks. Mi Suerte, another daughter of Frankell, was down the field in 11th.
