Freddie Freeman Reacts To A Surprise Dodgers Signing

Freddie Freeman and Jason Heyward played together in the Atlanta Braves. Heyard was released by the Chicago Cubs and signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Freddie Freeman is looking forward to reuniting with Jason Heyward.

Heyward, 33, is not the player he used to be when he was a Brave. He was bad in 2021 and this past season. The Dodgers have invested too little in him to make him a good player. Maybe playing for a contender will help him get his career back to the point in which he can be a viable reserve outfielder.
