Galopin des Champs hardens at head of Gold Cup betting after John Durkan success
Galopin Des Champs won the John Durkan Memorial Chase at Punchestown. Willie Mullins' horse won by 13 lengths from Fakir D’oudairies. The winner is 7-4 from 5-2 for the Gold Cup. The meeting was rescheduled after originally being lost to the weather. Florida Pearl was Willie's first JohnDurkan winner in 2001. He was delighted to win it.
