Georgia secure fourth consecutive Rugby Europe Championship title

Georgia won the Rugby Europe Championship trophy for the fourth year in a row with a 48-15 win over the Netherlands on Saturday. Brazil begin their quest to qualify for Rugby World Cup 2023 with victory over Paraguay. Georgia sit at the top of the table with an unassailable 15-point lead over Romania. Georgia's fourth bonus-points win out of five saw them finish the season on 24 points. They stay in 12th place in the rankings on 73.73 points because no points were awarded to them for a victory against a side with significantly lower rating (61.10 points and 24th).

Paraguay were kicked out of the Rugby World Cup 2023 qualification. Brazil won 29-0 in the first match of Americas qualification process. Moises Duque kicked all the points for Brazil. Lucas Spago, Felipe Sancery and Lucas Sago scored tries for Los Yacarés.

Georgia have won the Rugby Europe Championship for the fourth consecutive time.
