Golf Channel exec Lisa O'Hurley still marking mark on golf world

Lisa O'Hurley played golf at Baylor University. She was accepted two weeks into her time there. O’Hurly has worked as a Golf Channel executive and as the CEO of Lohla Sport. Her clothing line is gaining popularity among female golfers. She reached out to 70 potential buyers on her Lhla line. More than 50 bought it sight unseen. It took luck for the whole thing to work. Many clothing lines that popped up during the pandemic quickly went under. Golf was the only thing that was marked safe. The clubs were still open. If it wasn't, the shops were open and the clubs still opened.

Tony Finau won the Houston Open on Sunday. It was his third win since July. Finavau withdrew from the RSM Classic due to an injury. Kevin Chappell replaced him in the field.

Trinity Forest Golf Club in Dallas will host the 2025 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship and the 2031 U.,S., Girls’ Junior Championship. It's the club's first USGA championships. Trinity Forest was designed by Bill Coore and Austin native Ben Crenshaw and opened for play in 2016.
